## Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned free of neglect (excluding shipping-related damage).
Custom items—such as lithophanes—are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.

## Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
No restocking or reduction fees will apply unless the item is damaged due to buyer negligence.
## Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

## Warranty
All U.S. orders are covered by a 6-month warranty.
International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis due to shipping complexity. Please reach out for details.
